A PLACE in the Sun’s Lee Juggurnauth revealed a surprise appearance in a blockbuster movie – but did you spot it?

Lee, 33, has joined the Channel 4 show as the presenter of the new series.

Prior to entering the property and performing, Lee was in the music industry and worked closely with singer LuLu.

The couple became friends and during a visit to LuLu on the second series of The Great Comic Relief Bake Off, they met Joanna Lumley and Jennifer Saunders.

Lee recalled in a conversation with Express.co.uk: “We did the celebrity Bake Off – Lulu was there, it was a really fun day.

“But a year later, they were making the movie Ab Fab. “

LuLu had appeared on the BBC comedy series and the stars had also requested to make an appearance in the film version.

Lee said, “LuLu was a regular on the show, so one day I went to film and there was everyone there – from Kate Moss to the Beckhams. “

“I remember standing next to Lu, and Jennifer was like, ‘I want you in the movie’, I was like ‘What ?!’

“In the movie, there was a party, so Jennifer was like, ‘You can make Lu walk the red carpet.’

“If you blink you miss it, but it was probably like a 20 second clip, like a 1 minute clip, but being a part of that was an unreal experience, so it was definitely something to be with. I think back and think, ‘Wow’. ”

Lee has joined the list of presenters for A Place in the Sun this series which also includes Laura Hamilton, Jasmine Harman and Jonnie Irwin.

A Place in the Sun airs weekdays at 3 p.m. on Channel 4.
