“A piece of the Loire by bike” with Philomène Le Lay

Escape by bike in the Giennois for a day, accompanied by Philomène Le Lay, eco-adventurer and illustrator, and the team from the Tourist Office on Thursday July 28, and discover the assets of the destination by slow mode!

Between crossing the Loire à Vélo and its beautiful landscapes, visiting the Village de Caractère Saint-Gondon and its remains, meeting the Gondulfian ostriches of Sologne Autruches, and an open-air living nature drawing workshop, encounters and inspiring activities await you all along this route, whose level of cycling difficulty is accessible to all.

Detailed program :

9 a.m.: meet at the Tourist Office with your bike

10:15 a.m.: guided tour of Saint-Gondon, Village of Character

11:30 a.m.: visit of the Sologne Ostrich farm

1 p.m.: lunch break at the pond of La Quiaulne

2 p.m.: living nature drawing workshop

3:30 p.m.: return to the Tourist Office via the Loire à Vélo


Price: 25€ per person

Come with your bike, appropriate clothing and plenty of water: we’ll take care of the rest! The price includes visits and activities, as well as a lunch break in the form of a picnic.
