France counts this Thursday evening 38 confirmed cases of Coridavirus Covid-19 according to Minister of Health Olivier Véran. Among the twenty new infections, one person is currently hospitalized in Lille (Nord). This new case is part of a group of 12 patients detected after “active investigations” in connection with professional or family contacts in the Oise, according to the Director of Health. The Hauts-de-France region has already been affected by the coronavirus since a man was hospitalized in Amiens and a 60-year-old teacher from Oise died in Paris.
