The driver of the “Kia” car, which was moving in the territory of Lankaran region, was stopped by the employees of the state traffic police department of the District Police Department because the driver violated the overtaking rule. According to the information provided to SIA’s regional correspondent from the Lankaran regional group of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, after the car was stopped, it was determined that A. Akbarzade, a resident of Lankaran district, who was behind the wheel, did not have the right to drive the vehicle. In addition, as there were suspicions that the person had taken drugs, a medical examination was provided. According to the results of the examination, it was found that A. Akbarzade was driving the vehicle under the influence of drugs.
The material collected about that person was sent to the District Court for legal assessment. According to the decision of the court, A. Akbarzade was administratively arrested for 1 month.
