Jakarta –
The construction of a luxurious house that belonged to the former president of the Democratic Party, Anas Urbaningrum, now it has changed hands. The assets were previously confiscated by the KPK because Anas was involved in a corruption case.
Tuesday (8/11/2022) afternoon, detik.com visited the house with the address in Jalan Teluk Semangka Blok C9 Kaveling Number 1, Duren Sawit Village, East Jakarta. The doors were tightly closed, but the terrace looked dusty, a sign that the house had not been inhabited for a long time. Scattered dry leaves are also seen.

This house is very typical of Javanese elements where there is a gebyok door and a pavilion. Unfortunately, the paint on the walls and fences has begun to wear out. The atmosphere around the house is rather shady with the shade of shady trees, and the weather in the capital is cloudy this evening.
One of the striking parts is the KPK seal mark on the front of the house. If you look closely behind the fence and walls, there are several buildings whose structures are separate. There is also a separate residential building from the pendopo area, separated from Jalan Teluk Langsa.

The pavilion area stands out firmly with a minimalist brown wood design that complements the traditional Javanese atmosphere of the residence. Outside the building, broken glass can be seen in a small room that appeared to have been used as a guard post for the house.
Previously, the KPK claimed that this house was donated to the Indonesian Air Force. The head of the KPK News Division, Ali Fikri, said the assets worth billions of rupees were donated consisting of:
– A plot of land with an area of 639 m2
– Construction of a house with an area of 236.28 m2; 134 square meters; and 331.38 m2
– Musala building with an area of 8.64 m2
– Pavilion building 68 m2
