Al-Marsad newspaper: A nutritionist said that adding some spices to coffee can enhance its taste and potentially also enhance the metabolism and burn fat, according to Yahoo.

Nutritionist Sheri Berger explained that these spices are: –

– Cinnamon

Cinnamon’s aromatic and spicy notes can elevate the taste of coffee, as well as its culinary appeal, and cinnamon is also thought to have a possible link to a faster metabolism.

She pointed out that cinnamon is useful for increasing insulin sensitivity and improving blood sugar and cholesterol levels, which are essential for weight loss and general health.

– Turmeric

Turmeric contains an active compound called curcumin, which has been the subject of research due to its potential role in enhancing metabolism.
