The day after returning from Japan,
The Office of the President released seven pages of data on the results of the Korea-Japan talks.
″It has prepared a turning point in improving bilateral relations, which has been at its worst ever,″ is a self-commentation.
Deputy Director Kim Tae-hyo of the National Security Office, who was in charge of working-level talks, appeared on the air and explained the outcome of the meeting.
First of all, Japan’s sincere response to the Korean government’s solution to forced labor.
Regarding Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida’s refusal to comment on the past, the president’s office said that negotiations were not a give-and-take in the first place.

″President Yoon, our staff, and the position of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs are in every case, but we will do something this time, so your Japanese government did not seek an approach to do this.″
Korea will do what it can first, so Japan is also looking forward to watching and moving.
Right after the forced labor compensation solution came out, the Japanese side immediately mentioned the implementation of the comfort women agreement and the Dokdo issue, and there was an atmosphere where additional demands came out, but Deputy Director Kim said that he ″respects″ the comfort women agreement.

″As the comfort women agreement continues to be respected and Japan’s announcement at the time remains valid, we can appropriately use the balance of the Reconciliation and Healing Foundation in a forward-looking manner.″
″It seems that they refrain from criticizing the Japanese government and use the remaining money raised for the Reconciliation and Healing Foundation to effectively re-implement the agreement.″
