While The little Mermaid is about to make its return to screens in the spring, here is the mermaiding points the tip of its tail in the Municipal Baths! A practice to discover duringa surprising aquatic evening.
On Friday March 10, during a three-hour late night (from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.), the pool and wellness areas will be reserved for women (over 16) for a guaranteed event “zero mental load”. A godsend for modest users, or those fond of single-sex slots long offered at the Municipal Baths [lire ici et ici nos articles sur le collectif « Les Bains pour toutes »].
Among the many activities offered: a demo of the “mermaid swim”. If previous discovery sessions have been organized during the day by the Baths for all audiences (children and adults, women and men), this evening will be a good excuse to get started.
Alongside the instructors/lifeguards, with equipment provided by the team [des costumes queues de poisson]this will be an opportunity to perhaps take the plunge… provided you hold your breath well! Because if it invites you to dream, the mermaiding nonetheless a sport that requires a minimum of effort.
In addition, confirmed mermaids are also invited to bring their own accessories and relax their fins.
