A new wild boar walks through the streets of Strasbourg

The scene is rather unusual: a wild boar walking in the middle of the night in the Neuhof district in Strasbourg. The animal was filmed by residents overnight from Wednesday to Thursday in the new housing estate near the police station. An unusual encounter which greatly surprised and amused passers-by.

The second wild boar spotted in a month in Strasbourg

A month ago, on December 5, a wild boar was seen in the Danube eco-district. The animal grazed peacefully on the bushes by the side of the road. The SPA, municipal police, firefighters and a veterinarian intervened to put the animal to sleep using a hypodermic syringe gun.
