The other day, “The Last of Us Part II Remastered” was announced domestically and internationally as a remaster of the masterpiece sequel “The Last of Us Part II” for PS5, but as the release date approaches on January 19, 2024, SIE has released a new trailer introducing “No Return,” a roguelike survival mode where you can enjoy random encounters and battles with various playable characters.

“The Last of Us Part II Remastered” includes a roguelike survival mode “NO RETURN”, a “guitar performance” mode where you prepare a guitar and multiple instruments, and “unreleased stages” that were not implemented in the original. The PS5 native version includes improvements such as an introduction, cut-scene commentary from Neil Druckmann and the main cast, extensive graphical enhancements, new accessibility options, a speedrun mode, and various bonus skins. Us Part II” purchasers can upgrade to the remastered digital version for 1,190 yen, and can also transfer their original save data for the remaster.

Experience deep combat in a new mode. Players must survive as long as possible as they choose their path each time, randomly encountering a variety of enemies and memorable locations from The Last of Us Part II. At the end, you will face a tense boss battle.
Gameplay options offer new and unexpected challenges as you battle through ever-changing enemies and situations. Many new playable characters such as Dina, Jesse, Lev, and Tommy also appear*2.
