A new single concept store called “Maxima” has opened its doors on Ziemelu Street.

SIA “Maxima Latvija” corporate communications project manager Laura Bagātā informs that the shop’s sales premises have become more spacious, while the layout and placement of goods is more intuitive.

A total of 62,500 euros have been invested in the improvement of the store.

“In Liepāja, we already opened stores of the unified “Mans veikals” concept last year, and adaptation works will continue in the other “Maxima” stores in Liepāja,” says Gunita Ķiesnere, sales and production director of “Maxima Latvija”.

As previously reported, the concept of “Mans veikals” provides that the sales halls of the stores are wider and brighter, as well as environmentally friendly technical solutions have been implemented in them, for example, the lighting has been changed to LED, as well as new and modernized equipment has been introduced and energy-efficient solutions have been used in equipment selection.

In addition to this, a clearer and easier to review product placement and special offers have been introduced, as well as other innovations that are not visually visible to the customer, but help employees more effectively perform their direct work duties on a daily basis.

Also, the existing assortment is adapted to the needs of customers, placing on the store shelves exactly those goods that are most liked by buyers.
