The small town of Veselá, which at first glance looks idyllic – “everyone” knows each other and meets on the way to school and work, moreover in the picturesque environment of the Highlands, which can often show its rough face. The smaller criminal police department, headed by Dana Skálová, is located in Veselá. However, even a small town and countryside are not spared serious crimes. Although they are not serial killers or brutal cases, they will nevertheless affect the life of the entire community.

2. Original stories
There has never been such a criminal. You will hold your breath while watching the work of serial detectives. In the first part, called Zlobába, the audience will get to a meeting of the inhabitants of the village of Jeníkov. According to them, neighbor Marie Kloboučková is boycotting everything, so they decide to come for her. But they found her body in a dry well. At that moment, it’s time for a team of investigators. And each of the cases, the circumstances of which, led by Dana Skálova, will try to decipher, will be unique.
3. Cast
The Vysočina badge also attracts with its stellar cast. Skálova is played by Monika Hilmerová, Martin Hofmann will introduce himself as a harsh investigator Petr Bach, you will see Michal Suchánek as a former doctor Karel Šmíd and Patrik Děrgel plays police novice Vašek Kocián. They are complemented by Simona Zmrzlá as a charming policewoman Kateřina Vlčková.
“We managed to put together a great line-up, they complement each other perfectly and they have chemistry in common. Each of our heroes is different, but they complement each other. And I believe that the audience will be fine with them,” said the producer of the series, Vratislav Šlajer.
