One of the King of Pop’s brothers claims his will was forged.
Randy Jackson said Jacko could not have signed the will, dated July 7, 2002, because he was 3,000 kilometers away from the signing site at the time, TMZ.com reported.
The details of the will show that it was signed at 17:00 on July 7, 2002 in Los Angeles. However, Randy claims that from July 5 to 9, Michael Jackson was in New York, where he took part in the campaign against the head of the Sony company, Tommy Mottola, who showed disrespect to black performers.
Jackson’s lawyers said witnesses were present when the will was signed. However, they are not saying if this happened in Los Angeles.
