Riga, November 16, LETA. A new production of Joaquino Rossini’s opera “Cinderella” will premiere at the Latvian National Opera and Ballet (LNOB) on November 28 at 7 p.m.
As LNOB spokeswoman Irbe Treile informed LETA, the story of Rosini’s opera has turned into a fun drama for adults. The creative team of the production moved the opera to the 1930s in a New York cabaret mood.
