Representatives of Liebherr, a manufacturer of construction industrial machinery, refrigerators and refrigeration equipment, in Lithuania UAB “Alfis” are carrying out an expansion project in Jonava – Fabriko st. 5b plans to start construction of a new company office and service and storage building already this spring.
Preparation of equipment for sale, repairs, technical and warranty services will be carried out in the new premises. In Jonava, it is planned to repair various heavy industrial equipment: excavators, bulldozers, loaders.
“I had the opportunity to meet and communicate with the company’s managers several times, so I am very happy that Alfis firmly decided to expand in Jonava. For the residents of the district, this means new employment opportunities, and for the municipality, not only investments, but also recognition that we are attractive for business development,” says Jonavas district mayor Mindaugas Sinkevičius.

In the new office, the company promises to create 11 jobs for administrative employees, and in the service premises to create 10 new jobs for highly qualified service engineers.

The total area of the new building on Fabrik Street will reach 970 m².
The building was designed by the architectural office “G. Natkevičius and partners”. It is said that it will stand out with its original architecture and interior, high-quality finishing materials and energy-saving modern facade.
