A new model of electric cars in Romania. The company that owns the Allview brand is entering the car market

The start of this new line of business will be achieved by opening a company whose main activity will be the distribution of electric cars – Visual EV, whose capital is 95% owned by Visual Fan SA. The difference of 5% of the company’s capital is owned by a natural person within the company. Visual Fan expects a 10% increase in group turnover by the end of 2022. The long-term strategy aims to develop the portfolio and add new models to meet the needs of the mass market.

The experience and know-how acquired in the almost 20 years of activity, have helped us over time to anticipate the trends in the industry and to integrate the latest trends and technological innovations in our portfolio. Currently, there is a global trend for technology companies to join the automotive industry, due to the high degree of innovation and technologicalization of vehicles. Although we have been testing this business idea for over two years, we have now decided that it is time to launch into the electric car industry, which is increasingly moving towards technology and innovation. The decision to join the electric vehicle industry sets in motion the development strategy of the Visual Fan group for the next decade and thus, we want to convey a new strategic vision“, Said Lucian Peticilă, CEO of Visual Fan and Visual EV.

The new company, Visual EV, initially distributes the Skywell ET5 SUV with a combined 400 km range (WLTP) and automatic driving assistance system. The Skywell ET5 model is currently being marketed through Visual Fan’s first dealer, Brady Auto Center in Bucharest. Skywell ET5 is available in 2 Premium and Luxury versions.

The sale price starts at 39,980 euros (the price includes VAT and is available through the Rabla Program) or on lease from 499 euros / month.

Visual Fan recorded, in the first half of 2021, a turnover of over 13.58 million euros (66.77 million lei) from the sale of electronic devices, respectively a net profit of 972,000 euros (4.78 million lei) on this business segment which represents the basic activities of the company.
