Today, Saturday, the Agouza Misdemeanor Court ruled that there was no jurisdiction in a case accusing Mortada Mansour, former president of Zamalek Club, of insulting and defaming the journalist Amr Adeeb, and referred it to the Economic Court.
The beginning was when the journalist Amr Adeeb filed a lawsuit against Mortada Mansour, the former Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Zamalek Club, accusing him of insulting, defaming, and insulting him with obscene language, through the Zamalek Club channel and the social networking site Facebook.
Amr Adeeb’s defense said that his client filed a lawsuit against Mortada Mansour, through a court ruling, to accuse him of insulting, slandering, and insulting him using inappropriate language.
The media lawyer, Amr Adeeb, added that Mortada Mansour addressed Amr Adeeb in terms that affected reputation and honor, so we went to the Public Prosecutor’s Office, and we filed a direct misdemeanor, and it was considered before the October misdemeanors, and due to the lack of jurisdiction, it was determined before the Agouza misdemeanors.
