The price of the dollar rose today, Wednesday, against the pound, by about two piasteris in trading, in 10 banks operating in Egypt, with the close of trading today, Wednesday, compared to its level at the end of trading yesterday, Tuesday.

Banque Misr: £24.66 to buy and £24.71 to sell, plus two piastres per buy.
Banco di Alessandria: £24.72 per purchase and £24.77 per sale, with an increase of two piastres per purchase and sale.
Banque Du Caire: £24.68 to buy and £24.75 to sell, plus two piastres per buy.
