A new edition of Travel Sale, the event in which dozens of travel agencies offer promotions for both national and international destinations, began today and will be extended until September 1st. The proposal includes Discounts and financing on transportation, accommodation, tourist packages and excursions. The initiative, created by the FAEVyTalso includes promotions on travel assistance, cruises with special benefits and discounts of up to 50 percent and bonuses on selected products.
The Secretary of Tourism, Environment and Sports, Daniel Sciolicelebrated this tenth edition of Travel Sale, noted in this regard that it is key “interpreting new challenges to reach consumers in an increasingly competitive way” and stressed that “It is important that all this offer is made known, even more so now that credit has returned to Argentina”.
“The current scenario requires us to innovate, to be creative, it urges us not to wait for the tourist to come, but to go and look for him, promote, explain what it is all about”he added, highlighting the decision of “support this initiative with the conviction that public-private partnership provides the key to growth and development of this sector, which is strategic for the economy”.
For her part, the Undersecretary of Tourism of the Nation, Yanina Martinezhe stressed “the positive impact of an action such as Travel Sale both in the tourism sector and in the community of each of the destinations” and mentioned “The efforts of the private sector, which we will strongly promote from the public sector, in favor of the growth and development of our country, which needs it so much”.
