Next November 5 A new Nexo Lares field expo on technologies in winter crops and fallow is held in Pergamino.
This is the 5th consecutive year of the event organized by the General Consultant of Cultivos Lares SRL that brings together producers, consultants and technicians to see different technologies and knowledge in action to improve production face to face.
Here’s a sneak peek of problems and technical issues which will be addressed through experimental trials directed by Lares SRL.
Field trips
Will show Experimental field trials of the different proposals of the main companies in the market. Each of the companies will have a meeting point, where attendees will be able to learn about different alternatives in a personalized way.

Demonstratively the performance of fungicides in wheat will be exposed. In some cases, products that have just been released on the market will be seen as soon to be released, with single and double applications. There will also be a segment for testing wheat varieties. In this crop, attendees will also be able to see different fertilization strategies in experiments carried out by Lares SRL together with INTA Pergamino.
On the other hand, there will be an opportunity to get a preview of Herbicide strategies and efficacy trials for fallow weeds in wheat, soybeans, corn and peas.
In addition, this year the expo brings as a novelty the exhibition of field tests about the effect of biostimulants on pea, one of the winter alternatives in the North region of Bs. As. and South of Santa Fe.
Among the companies that will participate they are Syngenta, Bayer, Corteva, UPL, Sumitomo, Adama, FMC, Summit Agro, Red Surcos, Sipcam, Spraytec, DVA, Yara, Degser, Amauta, Tropfen and Nidera.

Talks
In addition to the field trips, at the meeting there will be a talk session. There will be the dissertation of Wenceslao Andrés Tejerina, head of Agro Strategias Consultores, who will provide guidelines on the use of Biosolutions with special emphasis on new approaches that seek greater and sustainable profitability. And also an intervention by Martin Principiano, technical manager of Lares SRL, who will provide an analysis of the situation of adversities in winter crops in the North region of Bs. As. and South of Santa Fe during the current campaign.
