A new culinary workshop in Chambéry! – Savoie.fr

After 28 months of work financed by the Department, the ultra-functional building, measuring 1,800 m², was delivered last June, rue Paul Girod in Bissy. It replaces a 400 m² structure that had become too cramped and unsuitable.
In this XXL kitchen, 15 agents prepare 3,500 meals every day of the week for the 11 colleges served in the Chambéry and Aix basins.
By September 2027, the service will be expanded to 20 colleges with 6,500 meals prepared.
