Hearthstone’s March of the Lich King expansion fulfills the greatest desire of millions of fans. The expansion introduces a brand new playable caste, the Death Knight.
If interest drops a bit, you can always count on the Lich King to take Blizzard games out of the trash. On December 6, Santa brings the March of the Lich King, a free update that will spice up the online card game with 145 new cards and the long-awaited hero Death Knight (in this case Arthas, the Lich King himself). We also received an ironic teaser trailer, in which the Death Knight High Boss crosses swords with Lady Liadrin.
The interesting thing about the Death Knight character class is that with a new resource, you can influence some of your summoned cards by collecting corpses in a somewhat morbid way. And his special ability, Ghoul Charge, will also help increase the number of corpses, because in exchange for 2 mana, we can summon a 1/1 ghoul. The undead shapeshifter can attack immediately, but is quickly destroyed at the end of the round. Another interesting thing is that the development team has also moved the familiar rune system from World of Warcraft to Hearthstone, but here they are needed to assemble the deck – on these and other caste details on the Hearthstone blog you can be informed.
