A new blood drive this Friday, April 15 at the Aimé Péret village hall

The association of voluntary blood donors of Bessan is still very present and active in the town. The results of the collections have been sometimes mixed in recent years. In any case, they were not up to the investment of those responsible for the association, who struggle tirelessly to retain regulars and attract new donors.

For the past few months, certainly with a more modern mode of communication and dissemination of collection dates on social networks, Bessan blood drives have taken off. Perhaps also that the inhabitants were more aware of the issues and, above all, of the blood needs of hospitals, the latter being saturated by the health context.

Accustomed to around fifty donations for a long time, then around sixty in recent collections, the association wishes to amplify this dynamic and a challenge has been launched in conjunction with several local associations. Will the hundred donations be reached this Friday, April 15? In any case, the appointment is given from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., at the Aimé Péret village hall, place de la Promenade.
