Located at 333 Page Street, the building will have 82 units, a community center and residential services through the Catholic Charites of Santa Clara County.
Charities Housing Executive Director Mark Mikl said: “We are delighted to celebrate the opening of the Page Street Studios residential complex, to help our communities in these times of need.”
For his part, San Jose Mayor Matt Mahan said: “Projects like Page Street Studios ensure that San Jose remains an economically diverse city where working-class families can thrive,” adding, “We are proud to be able to create together Charities Housing 82 new homes in the heart of our city for those members of the community who could be displaced due to lack of housing and become homeless.”
The dedication of the Page Street Studios building will take place at 11:30 am at 333 Page Street.
