– The fact that a nasal spray on the market by a domestic pharmaceutical company has a virus-blocking effect has been recognized in the academic world.
Hanmi Pharm said on the 13th that “The research result that the main ingredient of’Hanmi Cold Mask Nasal Spray’ effectively blocks the virus that causes novel coronavirus infection (Corona 19) has been listed in international journals.”
‘Hanmi Cold Mask Nasal Spray’ is a respiratory virus blocker applied to the nose. It was named’mask’, but it is not a mask, but a product that is sprayed on the nose. When the product is sprayed, it forms a membrane in the nasal cavity and blocks various infectious viruses through the respiratory tract.
In a paper published in the journal (‘In vitro cell experiment evaluating the antiviral activity of lambda-carrageenan components’), the researchers said that lambda-carrageenan is corona 19 virus (SARS-CoV-2) and pandemic flu virus (A·B). Hyung) was analyzed how effectively it prevented.

This paper was conducted by the Korea Chemical Research Institute with the support of the Ministry of Science and ICT and was published in the sister magazine “Scientific Reports” of Nature, the world’s top three academic journals.
