A mother and son were found dead in their home in the Smolyan village of Mugla, reports 24 Hours.
The woman is 93 years old, and her son is 70. Neighbors noticed that the chimney of their house was not smoking and alerted the town hall.
“After the initial inspection, no evidence of violent death of the deceased was found. It is most likely a matter of frostbite,” said the director of the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Smolyan, Senior Commissioner Kostadin Pachejiev.
