A sexagenarian has been missing since Saturday February 19 in Amnéville, Moselle. The Metz prosecutor’s office has announced the opening of an investigation for “murder by spouse”.
Worried not to hear from her, the son of this woman, born in 1956 and whose body has not been found, had reported the disappearance of his mother on Saturday to the police.
The spouse of the missing sexagenarian was arrested and placed in police custody overnight from Sunday to Monday in an investigation for “murder by spouse”, announced this Monday, February 21, the Metz prosecution.

Several “traces of blood” were discovered by the investigators at the home of the couple, who had been together for seven to eight years, said the public prosecutor Yves Badorc.
