A miracle for Mashora! He will not be extradited to Greece

Toshko Todorov – Mashora from Stoletovo will not be extradited to Greece. This was decided by the magistrates of the District Court in Plovdiv minutes ago, a reporter told “Maritsa”.

The court did not respect the European arrest warrant from Greece, due to a discrepancy in the facts set out by the authorities in our southern neighbor and the evidence in the case, which shows that Mashora has nothing to do with the crime.

The prosecutor in the case said in the courtroom that the magistrates had every reason not to respect the extradition request.

Toshko Todorov himself said in his last words before the court that he is innocent and expects justice to prevail. The magistrates withdrew within 20 minutes to make their decision.
