Visionapartments, a company owned by Anja Graf, a 44-year-old Swiss millionaire, today signed an agreement for the purchase of the former Ramada Majestic Hotel in Bucharest, located on Calea Victoriei.

The hotel has 111 rooms on 5 floors, as well as 6 meeting rooms, a gym, a spa area with a heated swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a restaurant and a business center.

The hotel was built in 1920 and is located in the heart of Bucharest, on Calea Victoriei, being one of the emblematic buildings of the Capital.

“With the help of Ernst & Young Romania and the law firm Radu and Associates, VISIONAPARTMENTS managed to complete this important commercial transaction in Bucharest. The former owner was represented by Ţuca Zbârcea & Asociaţii and Special Properties.

According to the Trade Register, Ramada Majestic Hotel was owned by four Turkish shareholders, Selim Suat Orsan (28%), Ismail Isik (23.9%), Kemal Yavuz Batum (23.9%) and Atil Ekemen Mehmet (23.9%). %).

Born in 1977 in Switzerland, Anja Graf started building her own company at the age of 21. At the beginning of her career, she also ran a modeling agency, during which time she also arranged apartments for models who worked temporarily in Zurich. He later used this experience to launch his own apartment rental business.

VISIONAPARTMENTS was launched in 1999, with the opening of the first three apartments in Zurich. Since 2009, the company has been expanded externally. Company specializes in renting stylish, furnished and serviced apartments around the world.
