An unidentified military plane crashed in the Syrian region of Deir ez-Zor in the north-east of the republic. The Syrian newspaper Al Watan reports this.
According to the publication, the incident took place in a rural area in one of the eastern regions of the province. The pilot ejected and survived. Other details of the incident are being clarified.
