Avignon City Hall installs a giant “fir-merry-go-round” on the Place Pie on the occasion of the end of year celebrations. This new animation will be inaugurated on Sunday 12 December. Children will be able to climb into the “balls” of this 11 meter diameter and 12 meter high tree. The attraction will cost two euros.
Christmas market, skating rinks and pedestrianization of the city center
The Christmas market returns Jean Jaurès court, at the bottom of the rue de la République. It will open every Wednesday and weekend from November 27 to December 30.
