This was stated by the member of the management of the DB Vladislav Panev on the air of “Face to Face”.
„Obviously there will be disputes, even scandals. This is normal. There were no scandals during Borissov’s rule, then the schemes ran smoothly. It is important to know what the ultimate goal is. It is Bulgaria to modernize, “he said.
“This can be seen in several things, including the Recovery Plan. We are creating infrastructure for a new Bulgarian economy, “Panev added.
According to him, not only energy infrastructure will be created, but also transport.
Panev also commented on the drama with the BNB Governor:
“We have not agreed on the head of the BNB. Mr. Gyurov’s action is worthy. We leaned towards him. Mr. Karimanski remains, who will vote this week on whether or not to support the National Assembly. We are a banal coalition. I am 99% sure that we will not support Mr Karimanski. Not because we don’t like him, but because he was on the board of a bank for 4 years, which showed negative results on the stress test, “he explained, adding that this is a problem.
“Nothing fatal will happen if we do not elect a BNB governor now, and Mr. Radev stays to work there,” Panev said.
According to him, a negative sign for the government would be if Karimanski is elected with the votes of the opposition.
“Relations in the coalition are not the best, we do not love each other much, but we must think for the good of Bulgaria,” he explained.
He was also asked to comment on the topic of the Republic of Northern Macedonia:
“Until June, there will be no action on the part of Bulgaria, which is in favor of RSM. Until then, we will not act on this topic. This is an important issue for Bulgaria. “We want the PCM to be part of the EU, but they have to meet certain conditions,” he said.
According to him, only dialogue will lead to certain results. According to him, the topic of Ukraine will find a solution.
