Peshawar (Masharq News) Information Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Shaukat Yousafzai has said that the beauty of democracy is that the opposition brings public problems to the fore, the government wants to solve the problem but there are difficulties. A mechanism has been prepared to control the artificial inflation. The Chief Minister and the Chief Secretary will not be provided with the prices of food items on the basis of dispatch. An annual development program of 83 billion rupees has been made for the development of tribal districts. In the successful provincial assembly elections in the tribal districts, the tribal people showed political maturity. 100 billion rupees will be spent annually on the development of tribal districts. He expressed these views while addressing the multi-party conference at the Islamic Center in Peshawar. The provincial minister said that calling the journalists and businessmen in the conference to bring public issues to the fore is commendable, the government is trying to solve the problems. Even before FATA integration, it was said that people were disappointed, but the integration was successful and in a good way and the establishment of police, courts, issuance of Health Insaf card to tribal people, provision of interest-free loans for businesses and timely provincial assembly. Elections were made possible successfully. Shaukat Yousafzai said that an annual development program of 83 billion rupees has been started for the tribal districts, for which the tenders have started to be issued. 17,000 posts are being created in various departments to provide employment opportunities for tribal districts in which 4,500 posts have been approved by the Cabinet. He said that the law and order situation in the province is excellent, the security forces and the people have made sacrifices to establish peace, which has restored the confidence of the people. Foreign investment and tourism are increasing in the country. Britain has declared Pakistan as the most suitable country for tourism, the country’s economy is getting stronger with the efforts of Prime Minister Imran Khan. He said that the inflation in the country was due to the loans incurred by Pakistan Muslim League-N and Pakistan Peoples Party. There is no shortage of food in the province. Wheat is available in abundance. Mechanisms have been developed to control artificial inflation. Food prices are being checked on a daily basis. The prices will not be available on the dashboards of the Chief Minister and the Chief Secretary and an answer will be sought from the Deputy Commissioner where there is inflation. The provincial minister said that BRT is a transparent project whose civil work is complete and RTS installation will be completed by March.
