They discover a marijuana plantation in the Jaen town of Santiago de la Espada. According to sources from the Benemérita, was detected during a service performed on foot. They smelled that the house gave off a strong odor already known to the officers. So they suspected from the first moment that that scent could come from marijuana plants.
Therefore, an entry to the home and an exhaustive search were ordered to finally verify that their intuition did not fail them. CThey confirmed the existence of a marijuana plant crop, with a total weight of 12 kilograms. They also found effects related to its cultivation and possible retail sale. For all this, the Civil Guard considers this point of sale of narcotics in the mountainous town of Santiago de la Espada to be dismantled.
