A march in favor of secularism will take place this Wednesday, December 9 at 4.30 p.m., leaving from Mainvilliers, Place de l’Hotel de Ville. The procession will go to Chartres, Place Châtelet. “The opportunity to commemorate the law of December 9, 1905 on secularism, and also, for elected officials, to invite and encourage fellow citizens to bring secularism to life in the public space”, specifies the town hall of Mainvilliers . The town hall wants to reaffirm its commitment to promote and bring secularism to life by participating, in this way, in the gathering organized by the lay collective of Eure-et-Loir.
