A man in his 50s was shot dead in a house in the center of Skurup.
The police were informed about the incident at around 11pm on Saturday night.
– When we entered the town, a man was found who had been killed, who died, says Andreas Hulting, an officer on duty at the police in the southern region of TT.
The next of kin has been notified.
A massive police operation with many resources was launched and, according to Hulting, some leads were obtained.
– We have brought in four people for questioning, he says.
Two weeks ago, a man in his 20s was slightly injured in a shooting in the center of Skurup. A man of the same age was arrested and taken into custody a short time later on suspicion of involvement.
The police are investigating any connection between the incidents.
