A young man has found an extremely original way to express his dissatisfaction on the miserable roads in his homeland, writes plovdiv24.bg.
Jeff Upson is from New Zealand. He painted penises on the roads for three years to highlight the holes in them.
“I’ve complained dozens of times, but they’ve always ignored me. The roads in my hometown are in very bad shape. That’s how I express my dissatisfaction with the government. I paint the male genitals with bright green spray. I’ve done over 100 drawings so far,” he said.

However, a fellow citizen sabotaged him and lodged complaints with the police. According to him, penises distract drivers and are a prerequisite for accidents.
“The holes are planned to be repaired. We are asking Mr. Upson to stop painting on the roads. It is dangerous,” the local Road Infrastructure Agency said.
