A train hit a man in Plovdiv. The tragedy took place on Friday at noon in the area of the “Kaspella” hospital, said a journalist. Plovdiv24.bg.
The man jumped under the fast train bound for the Central Station. The driver managed to stop, but only after the man threw himself on the tracks. The identity of the man is being ascertained. According to the initial examination, this is a case of suicide, but the investigation has yet to prove the cause of death.
Rail traffic was interrupted for several hours.
