The police are on the trail of a subject who stabbed a man inside a train carriage underground last night in manhattan
The accident occurred just before midnight at a stop on 33rd Street for a northbound 6 train.
According to the uniform the suspect walked up to the 36-year-old victim and stabbed him in the stomach during an apparently unprovoked assault.
The young man was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
