Police quickly apprehended a man who was in the deceased’s apartment.

The man denies the facts
The accused is unfavorably known to the courts because he has already been “convicted on numerous occasions”.
In police custody, he denied having caused the fall of the victim “despite the evidence against him”, said the prosecution, which also evokes “inconsistencies between his statements and the findings and testimonies collected by the investigators” justifying his deferral .
