A CCTV camera captured the man gesturing for his wife to approach the parking pole and having sexual intercourse with her.
In the English city of Weymouth, neighbors living in a relatively small 10-house cul-de-sac regularly have difficulty parking and driving their cars. The dispute over this ended in a lawsuit due to indecent behavior.

Due to inattentive parking of a car owned by 28-year-old Lee Craig McConnell, his neighbor first installed an anti-parking bollard, and when that did not help, a security camera.
Looking through one of the tapes, she was startled when she saw that her neighbor masturbated at the entrance to his house, and then had sexual intercourse with his wife near the anti-parking bollard. Surveillance cameras recorded the man gesturing to his wife to approach the bollard against the parking lot and engaging in an intimate relationship with her.
The neighbor filed a lawsuit because she considered such a demonstration an attempt by the defendant to humiliate her.
On Friday, March 3, at a court hearing, McConnell pleaded guilty to misconduct. His lawyer, however, assured that the accused allegedly did not know about the installed surveillance cameras and was concerned that these footage still exists.
According to the lawyer, his client intends to sell the house to draw a line under this incident.
“He is very confused about what happened. This is a very difficult lesson,” he said.
The case has been adjourned and the court’s decision will be announced on 27 April. Meanwhile, McConnell was forbidden to communicate with a neighbor.
Recall that in Australia, a couple on a crowded beach had sex. One of the vacationers filmed it on video and he could face up to 2 years in prison.
