He has also been charged with a crime of serious disobedience for repeatedly skipping the restrictive mobility measures.

The suspect, a resident of Santa Pola, was identified after the recordings of the security cameras of some of the damaged establishments were viewed. His arrest was carried out at dawn on the 15th, after the Local Police intercepted him when he was wandering on public roads and a crew of the Civil Guard arrived in the area.
The judicial authority has decreed his entry into provisional prison, pending trial, according to the armed institute.
