The man named Augustin Mabi Magnima, agent of the Louetsi Bibaka (Ngounie) departmental council, was found hanged in his house on January 10, in the town of Malinga.
According to information collected on the website of the daily newspaper L’Union, his lifeless body was discovered by a 7-year-old child who was washing the dishes. According to information, the late Mabi Magnima, well known in the locality, was two years away from claiming his retirement rights.
