A 51-year-old man drowned on Arcadia beach in Odessa on Friday, July 9, reports Vgorode with reference to the press service of the mayor’s office.

“In the process of interviewing witnesses, it was established that the victim, born in 1970, had signs of alcohol intoxication,” the press service said.
The journalists clarified that the man had recently divorced his wife and was in upset feelings.
