A major patch for Cyberpunk 2077 has been released, it should fix most of the problems

If you resisted a huge hype and last year ‘s hit Cyberpunk 2077 (our review) you have been postponing so far, it is finally time to make amends. After a series of delays (caused, among other things, by unprecedented hacker attack to the CD servers of the Project) a patch with serial number 1.2 was issued.

The list of changes is really long and contains such essential things as the reworked behavior of the police, the driving model of vehicles, the repair of broken quests or a new animation of bedtime. Not to be missed is the additional optimization, which should squeeze a few extra frames per second for each configuration.
