The Egyptian actress Dina was only looking for an opportunity to work with a great director, which is what happened when the late director Mohamed Khan chose her to star in the movie “Mr. Karate” with the late Ahmed Zaki.
However, what happened behind the scenes does not cross anyone’s mind, as the Egyptian artist narrated in a television interview.
Dina indicated that she was hoping to work with a great director with the value of the late Muhammad Khan, especially since it had already happened that he chose her to present the female lead role in the movie “Mr. Karate” with the late Ahmed Zaki, but the next day he fell in love with the Egyptian artist Nahla Salama.
After that, Muhammad Khan married Nahla Salama, so he decided to exclude Dina from the movie and give the role to Nahla Salama, which Dina commented on, saying, “In front of love, everything is permissible.”
Dina explained her position at that time by the fact that she cried a lot and felt very sad because of this situation, as she was young at the time and at the beginning of her artistic career, and she considered that the matter represented a major shift in her artistic career, so her grief was great.
The Egyptian artist also revealed that years ago she received an offer from Muhammad Khan in order to participate in the movie “Before the Summer Crowd”, which is the last work presented by the late, and co-starring Majid Al-Kadwani and Hana Shiha.
It is noteworthy that at that time he stipulated that she be completely free for a full month, as filming takes place in the North Coast region, but she was unable to devote time and lost the opportunity to work with Muhammad Khan again, before the great director left our world.
