It is one of the last vacant plots between “Osvobozhdenie” boulevard and “Georgi Danchov” street in “Trakia”. The huge space is already fenced. There are already two more complexes built on the site – “Olympia” and “Oasis”, and the new one will be right between them.
From the information board, which is located on the site, we learn that the construction site was opened on October 14th. 200 people is the expected maximum number of workers and the building is expected to be ready in 36 months.
