This Sunday morning (11) a long line formed on Avenida Rocha Pombo for immunization with the second dose of the vaccine against Covid-19.
The demand has been quite large since yesterday (10) when the immunization was scheduled for the elderly who received the first dose of the Astrazeneca vaccine on April 17th and 18th.
The reinforcement with the second dose of Astrazeneca happens only for this public who must attend the Convention Center carrying a document with a photo and the vaccination card where there is an appointment for the receipt of the first dose of the vaccine.
Immunization takes place in the Drive-Trhu format and despite the large number of health professionals mobilized for the vaccine effort, a little patience is needed since the demand is quite large.
