In Nikolaev, from 23:00 on Friday, August 5, a curfew is introduced, which will be valid until 5:00 on Monday, August 8.

This was announced by the head of the Nikolaev OVA Vitaly Kim in Telegram.
Kim urged everyone to be understanding about these measures, plan a weekend and purchase the necessary goods for two days.
According to him, if you need to walk the dog near the house, you need to take documents with you. The head of the region noted that walks with children near the house are also allowed, but it is still not worth going out unnecessarily.
He also denied rumors that bridges were planned to be built in Nikolaev, emphasizing that the offensive of the occupiers on the city, and even more so its encirclement, is currently impossible.
He asked residents to plan a detour of the city. Three international buses will leave the city.
Districts of the city will be worked out, including for collaborators, Kim added.
On July 20, Kim revealed that Nikolaev is planned to be closed to search for traitors.
