A local insurance company is recruiting a Junior Management Controller (F/M)

Missions

 Ensure the application of the management control system of the company;

 Participate in the preparation of the annual budget;

 Control the execution of the annual budget;

 Develop performance indicators;

 Evaluate the performance of the company;

 Conduct various projects;

 Manage the relationship with other entities of the company and

 Alert in case of anomalies.

Required qualities

 Master the CIMA regulations,

 Master the computer tool,

 Have excellent writing skills,

 Have an ability to listen, analyze and synthesize,

 Have a good work organization.

Profile

Hold a Bac+3/4 in control, audit, finance, accounting or equivalent field with a professional experience of at least one (1) to two (2) years in an insurance company.
